Add columns for different parameters like easiness. If you sort these columns it gives valuable insight to what cards you're having the most trouble with etc.
Also, I have the feeling this already exists within the program but I mention it anyways: There should be a relatively big penalty in easiness if you put a "0" or "1" grade on a scheduled card.
