I had made a post about installing Mnemosyne plugin previously. I found and fixed the problem and thought it is best to inform you both if you are going to commit the post or also sharing the solution as well for others having similar problem.
The Java MIDlet Manager on my Windows Mobile device was outdated (Showing 2006).
