Hi Mike, You first have to extract the zip file. However, it seems that the author of that deck did not correctly add an extension to the file. So, rename greekphrases-en to greekphrases-en.xml.
Go to the 'file' menu, select 'import', make sure the file format is set to XML, and then you can browse for your file. Let me know if you need more help. Good luck!
