If you are only syncing the .mem, then you aren't syncing the other
things. For example, no audio or image files if you use them, no
cached Latex files (might be a problem if one computer doesn't have
Latex installed but you want to see the images on it as well as the
others), preferences in the python files won't sync as well. Besides
that, I can't really think of anything.
