Hi,

Just create a single text file with the first column the question, and the 
second column the answer. You don't need to do anything special for images, 
just have the <img src="path/foo.png"> tags in the text.

After you import this text file, you can select all these cards in the card 
browser, right  click, and do 'add vice versa'.

However, unless you need this text file for some other purpose, I would just 
recommend adding the info directly to Mnemosyne through 'add cards'.
