I could add a "user rating" type of feedback for decks on the webpage if there was significant interest. At present, I haven't noticed sufficient interest in the decks to warrant such an addition.
Of course the quality of decks is very uneven, but I always felt like the premade decks were just a sometimes useful shortcut, and those who were really serious would make their own decks.
