Anki has a cram mode intended for this (http://ankisrs.net/docs/CramMode.html). (I believe Peter has commented, when this has come up before, that such a plugin could be written for Mnemosyne 2. Of course, that's not out yet...) For Mnemosyne, you could try setting the computer's date forward by a day 3 times a day, or perhaps it might work to just not use any grade higher than 2.
