Or on windows you can just find your mnemosyne.exe file, right click
and create shortcut. The icons in the start menu of windows are
already shortcuts.

Then you right click the shortcut and click on properties. Edit the
target value of the shortcut by adding the -d "path\to\your\.mnemosyne
\folder\here" after the "C:\blahblahblah\mnemosyne.exe".

Then whenever you click on the shortcut it will start mnemosyne using
the path to the data folder in dropbox or however you've organised it.
