This is certainly a limitation of Mnemododo. I prefer adding and editing cards at a PC with an online dictionary and google images, but I know that many people like the ability to add and edit on a phone. If you need a Mnemosyne compatible client, I'm not sure there is anything. There is AnyMemo but I don't think it can two-way sync with Mnemosyne. I had the impression that AnkiDroid now had full sync, but I've never tried it myself, and it works with Anki.
