Tim's issue is a different one, which I could also reproduce and which has 
since been solved.

Your error message indicates that the sqlite driver for Qt could not be 
loaded, but as far as I can tell, it's bundled with the installer.

Could you try if a card with a jpg displays fine? That also requires Qt plugins 
to work.
