Could you try uninstalling completely, removing C:Program files\Mnemosyne and reinstalling? There might be something left over from a previous install which makes that the Qt jpg plugin does not work reliably. If that doesn't work, could you also mail me the offending ah_cranach_venere_amore.jpg file? Thanks!
