Hi Thomas, Is this the very first time you use Mnemosyne? If you learn new cards and tell Mnemosyne that you've memorised them by giving them a grade 2 or higher, you will only see those cards again tomorrow or the day after that.
If that is not the issue, please give a little bit more details about what's happening and/or mail me (privately) your deck.
