Everything is certainly possible, even by creating a new plugin for a new card type, but this will make it harder to share your cards with other people.
But before we go there, can you give more details about what exactly you want to appear/play on the question and on the answer side, both for the recognition and for the production card? Or do you only want this in one direction?
