This has happened to me some times before; I usually just copy the
text of the card to notepad then add a new card. However the new card
will be added to the bottom of the stack and not after the card. A new
feature could be added which lets you specify whether you want to add
new cards or imported cards to "button of stack, top of stack or after
current card". Also it could be a nice feature to have to be able to
change the initial order of the cards in the card browser (as
submitted in launchpad).
