My deck has about 200 new cards (cards I've made but haven't seen). There's an option in the Mnemo2 beta to show new cards in random order. It takes me a few weeks to add that many cards, so I've never had the problem you describe. You can also randomize your reviews in Mnemosyne 2, if you don't want to see the newest cards first.
