I thought you wanted to look at the code :-)

Anyway, if all you want to do is try out the beta, just use the links to the 
windows installers I put each time in the beta announcement

http://users.ugent.be/~pbienst/pub/mnemosyne-beta-10-setup.exe

If you're under Linux, there is not yet a packaged installer and you need to 
follow the instructions from http://www.mnemosyne-proj.org/hacking.php
