Yes, I'll do that.

Not sure it ignores reviews, it's just not a relevant metric if you never 
fail a card. (which, might I add, is pretty exceptional I would think)

I'm afraid every metric you come up with will have that problem to some 
extent...

Yes, it's grade 4: 'correct recall with quite the right amount of effort, 
the scheduled interval felt just right'.
