(1) If the cursor is in the Tags box and there is no highlight, then Up or Down arrow displays the previous or next tag in alphabetical order respectively. That is as expected.
(2) If I highlight the displayed tag name and begin to overtype, the matching tag name auto completes, with the automatically entered portion highlighted. So far so good. But if I use Up or Down arrow at this point, the tag shown will be the one adjacent to the _originally displayed_ tag, not those adjacent to the _new, partially highlighted_ tag. Not so good!
