I'm getting an uncaught exception as well. At one point (for a brief period of time) I had both 1.2.2 and 2.0 installed at the same time with both working fine.
This morning I uninstalled both 1.2.2 and 2.0 to remove them from my computer. I reinstalled 2.0 and interestingly my library was still present. I expected a clean slate after uninstalling and then reinstalling. I then went to browse my cards and delete them all and encountered this uncaught exception. I can't get around it to clear my library and I can only kill Mnemosyne using the task manager. The error is as follows... Uncaught exception!
