Hi Greg, It's still a bit bizarre that parts of the UI seems to look OK, while others don't. Feel free to send a screenshot of the problem, so that I can compare it to what happens on my system.
UI font sizing is something which is not handled by Mnemosyne itself though, but by the library Mnemosyne uses, so I'm not sure there is much I can do about this.
