In the next version, I'll make sure it also supports the -d option.
If you already want to achieve this now, do the alternative install
from the 'windows hanging' thread, and edit
C:\Python27\Scripts\mnemosyne-webserver and change 'data_dir'

What you can do is doing the multi-installer feature
