This is the kind of bug I like: a bug inside the Mnemosyne code itself, which therefore gives a nice stack trace which makes it easy to identify the error :-) Your 'save after x reps' is probably set to 0. I'll modify the code to prevent the spinner from going down all the way to 0. I doubt this has anything to do with the other hangs though.
