Chris, just another small test to be sure that another sqlite3.dll is
somehow overriding the one supplied with Mnemosyne:
1. Open the Mnemosyne process in Process Hacker and go to the modules tab
2. Find sqlite3.dll, right-click and select "Properties"
3. Check the path to the DLL in "Location".

In my case this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mnemosyne" - is it the same in
yours?
