Chris, just another small test to be sure that another sqlite3.dll is somehow overriding the one supplied with Mnemosyne: 1. Open the Mnemosyne process in Process Hacker and go to the modules tab 2. Find sqlite3.dll, right-click and select "Properties" 3. Check the path to the DLL in "Location".
In my case this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mnemosyne" - is it the same in yours?
