I'll think about it, but you are indeed describing a non-vocabulary use for the vocabulary card type.

The reason why it's not implemented for vocabulary cards is that that could lead to confusion, because there would be two ways active at the same time to pick the font size of foreign words.

The cleanest solution would be to vote for our feature 'UI support for N-sided cards', which would allow you create an Acupunture card type, where you could style each file separately.
