You should first make sure you have an mp3 file on your hard drive
samewhere. How you get that mp3 file out of your dictionary depends of
course on your dictionary and is not something we can help with...
If you want to add that mp3 file to your cards, right click on the text
box, e.g. where you type in 'front' or 'back' or 'pronunciation', ...,
and select 'Insert sound'. Then, choose the path to the mp3 file you
just downloaded.
