I have a Lenovo x22o running Win 7. In the 32 bit version that came with
the machine, I could run Mnemosyne and my specialized card sets for
learning IPA glyphs (for my students). I then *upgraded the OS to Win 7 64
bit Pro* and the *Uncaught Exception* overlay happens.

I downloaded the Mnemosyne 2.1 for the 64 bit, uninstalled the old one and
installed the 2.1. The Exception is still there.

The strange thing is that the last line in the exception is* looking for a
location in a partition/directory that no longer exists *on the HDDs. When
I upgraded to Win 7 64, I totally restructured my file structure.

So,* is Mnemosyne reading some Registry entry that points it to the old
location?*

I'd like to get this .db running again so my students can learn.

Over several hours, Ive read a great many posts regarding the Uncaught
Exception, but I didn't see my Registry question appear and I wonder if
that is the cause of the problem.

Thank you so much!

Garyth
