Essentially, next_interval = previous_interval * easiness.

So the number of days before you see a card depends both on the grade
you give it and its E.
Furthermore, if you grade a card a 5, the E goes up (for next time).
A 0, 1, 2, or 3, and it goes down (I think; maybe not 3; but the point
is if you forget a card or grade it lower, the E goes down some).
Pretty sure a "4" grade keeps it the same though.
