I haven't had the time to tune Mnemododo for tablets.
You can increase the exported size of images using the settings in
Mnemogogo. The real limitation is the fact that most card sets
currently include bitmap images. It would be better if they were in
svg format.
I'll look into adding an extra setting for the font sizes. Would it
make sense to increase the point size of all size settings?
You could also try manually adding a file called STYLE.CSS to the
exported card directory. The CSS formatting in this file will be
applied to the display of cards. Using that it should be possible to
increase the size of text and (I think) images. You could try
adding something like:

font-size: 400%
}
