Not out of the box, sorry, but is should be possible to write a filter
plugin that achieves this. If you want, you can suggest this on our
uservoice forum, so that I can see how popular this request is.

I don't want to go through each card that has a table and add tags to get a
certain table style. Is there a way to specify to Mnemosyne to display all
tables in a default way (unless, of course, the HTML table tags contain
specific formatting)?
