I have Mnemosyne installed on Windows machines (Windows in English), however I am in an Asian country (Thailand) and so under the Windows "control panel", the localization/regional options indicate that this is Thailand.
What happens is that when I do a "browse cards", the fields such as "learn rep", "repeat rep", etc... they display as Thai numerals. The same thing is true about the numeric fields under Configure Settings. For example "autosave after .... repetitions" and "number of cards to hold". Please note, this is with the setting in Mnemosyne configuration set to "English" as the language.
