Could you please confirm that the cards directory on your phone contains a file called STATS.CSV (all capitals)? What kind of phone are you using? Which operating system are you exporting from? You could also try downloading and running the (free) Mnemododo: Tester app from the market. It will produce a log file of the search for card directories.
