When you save a *page*, you may well be saving the html (or htm, or hml) in
which the audio file is being referred to.  What you want is *just* that
file.   There are intellectual property issues involved here in taking
these audio files from sites, so I don't want to get into that.  But you
need the file itself, not the file that links or refers to it.  I'm sorry I
can't be more specific without running afoul of possible IP protection laws.
