You might have accidentally hidden the pronunctiation field.
Just right click e.g. on the 'foreign word' field, and you'll get the option to unhide the pronunciation field.

When I tried to enter more cards, the field for "pronunciation" does not appear. I am selecting the "vocabulary" card type (as I did before).
