Hi,
This is done by Windows, not by Mnemosyne, so I have no idea yet whether
I can do anything about this or not.
Don't let that stop you to file a suggestion at uservoice, though.

Peter: Are you talking about switching keyboard layouts?
Vit: I'm afraid to say YES because I dont know what that
Tachnically means.
What I know is: I want to click in the
Answer/Back/Meaning field and magically words typed are in a
Foreign language of my choice.
However you do it, it should be more time-efficient then now {to
worth your effort}; which is:
*move the cursor to wherever the Language Icon is placed by User
*aim at {very small} language icon - takes time
*click -- move cursor again -- click another language
*move Cursor back to Mnemo window
Can it be done without a herculian effort ?
Thank you.

Problem in making Cards [when learning a foreign language.]
When adding or editing a card, we switch from Foreign
to Native language many times -- while 'optimizing' the card.
Switching takes time.
Suggestion:
Assign a Foreign language [user chooses it in Settings] to
the Front side of Cards, and Native lang - to Back side.
That way, as one 'clicks' on the Back side - the Native lang is
activated; same for the Front.
Should work in Browser, too.
Good day, Peter.

That's what uservoice is for ;-) But please describe what
you want in more detail, as I don't get it yet...

Request to "Activate one language for the Front, another one
- for the Back" -- with one click :-)
Hello, Peter.
Would you be willing to implement this request - if
enough users requested it ?
It's so time consuming to switch languages!
Does anyone know a quick way { windows XP} ?
Or maybe someone could write a plugin?
Thank you.
