For the record, it turned out that solution 2 worked in this case,
i.e.,

1. Remove the SD card from the phone and mount it on the PC.

2. (Import/)Export from Mnemogogo onto the SD card.

3. Unmount the card and put it back into the phone.

4. Start Mnemododo.

5. Repeat from 1 after 1 or 2 weeks of mobile reviewing.
