I am trying to setup cards for my students that have both images and audio media.
When I export/import these, I don't see the folder/directory passed as part of these tags. (I created some test cards and exported them as a tab separated file to see the format). So I am not sure how/if this will work with distributing cards with these image/audio tags to my students? Ideally, I want to ... 1. Create the cards in my text file editor because I can manufacture the names of the image and audio files (for those tags) in the editor very fast. 2. Then import the that file as a tab separated text file into Mnemosyne, adding mnemosyne group tags/names to the cards. 3. Then export the cards with their grouping tags as a Mnemosyne 2.x file. 4. Distribute this Mnemosyne 2.x file to my students. So my questions are.... For step 2 above, how will the import into mnemosyne know where to find the image and audio media, since there isn't a folder name as part of the tags? For step 3 & 4, will the exported Mnemosyne 2.x file contain the image and audio media? Or do I need to distribute those image/audio files along with the 2.x file? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mnemosyne-proj-users" group.
