I was referring to past versions: dreaming perhaps. I have one, Mnemosyne 2.0.1 – test2, that works well on my present 10.6.8 OS on an early MacBook Intel Duo that is not recommended by Apple Inc. for upgrading to Mountain Lion.
On a brighter note, my Chinese teacher has Win at home, while presenting lessons —> homework on an iPod —> Export... .mov that I get a day or two later. Her brother loves Macintosh and is reputed to be of MacWiz status. I have already given them the Mnemosyne dot org URLs. Anything that could help any of her students is taken home and examined carefully. She will never be rich but is happy; I'm hoping for mutual support.
