Hi all, A colleague of mine has started using Mnemosyne 2.2.1 a few weeks ago on both laptop and Blackberry. Everything worked fine until the following error in a pop-up box occured at start-up and keeps returning everytime the program starts:
----- An unexpected error has occured. Please forward the following info to the developers: Traceback (innermost last): File "mnemosyne",line 155, in <module> ... (i think not so important) File "os.pyo, line 150, in makedirs File "os.pyo, line 157, in makedirs WindowsError: [Error 5] Acceso denegado: u'backups' ---- The accesso denegado means access denied (Spanish pc).
