Sorry for the late reply. I have just replied to your another question in

The feature you requested in this thread is actually provided by "Card 
Statistics <http://mnemosyne-proj.org/plugins/card-statistics>", as you 
might already know.

I don't know how the algorithm Mnemosyne exactly uses to schedule cards. My 
plugin only calls some system functions and gets all the values it 
needs. For suggestions on scheduling mechanism, I remember that there are 
already a few discussions. You could search all these topics in this 
communicity group and in the 
page<https://mnemosyne.uservoice.com/forums/164265-general>for new feature 
suggestions.
