Hi, you can't import tags other than specify the tag on import. You'll have 
to devide the .txt into several txt's in that case. You may also vote for 
this idea to make importing more flexible:

By column it means some text followed by a tab character. For example: 
question<tab character>answer. When adding three columns or more mnemosyne 
will import it as a vocal card. So the fields are, in the order: word, 
pronantion, meaning and notes.
