Ah, I understand what you mean now, because we're talking about different things:
* you're talking about reviewing through a web brower, with the server code running on a different machine. That is already implemented (although with flaky sound support), and the webserver is even merged in the GUI in the upcoming 2.3 release * I was talking about a cross platform JS/html5 app that you could run off-line on your phone without access to the internet.
