Hi, I don't have an launchpad account. I suppose it's OK to post
bug reports here?
Here we go:
When importing cards with (supposedly) missing media files,
Mnemosyne auto-adds
tag MISSING_MEDIA, and changes the "src" attribute of the tag to
"src_missing";
one bug and one feature request WRT this:
- Bug: When the media filename contains "'", and the "src"
specified in the
card URI-encodes it to "%27", Mnemosyne falsely reports MISSING_MEDIA.
Editing the card by replacing "%27" to "'" in the "src" attribute still
results in MISSING_MEDIA.
Likewise, there probably is a similar bug when checking for
unused media.
When checking media presence, Mnemosyne should request the
media as a URI,
not as a file path.
- Feature request: Add option to disable MISSING_MEDIA check completely. I
personally dislike the s/src/src_missing/ magic a lot.
If you don't think it's wise to disable the missing media messages,
how about an option to remove the text from selected cards?
