Hello, I am new to this program. Thanks for the help.

I am concerned the way I am using this program for initially learning foreign
vocabulary may cause mistakes in the algorithm and cause undue repetitions.

I am using an accelerated German literacy text: German for Reading by Sandberg
and Wendel (1973). As an accelerated text, there are large demands on quickly
learning vocabulary. A chapter is composed of a lesson and exercises, repeated
several times. Before beginning the exercises, all vocabulary in the preceding
lesson should be memorized.

I have been entering the new vocabulary the first time I am seeing these words.
That means I am scoring them 0 and 1 for 3-8 repetitions, before scoring them
a 2 through 4. Then I am doing the exercises in the text, before coming back
and repeating the whole thing over again. I am worried that scoring them a
card "0" eight times before I commit it to memory will cause a lot of
repetitions in the short term that may not be necessary.

When going through a new group of cards...should I use the "cramming" plugin,
or use another plugin? Or is the algorithm built for this type of use?

Thanks for the assistance.
