No reason for concern :-)

Just delete C:\users\Alice\Application Data\roaming\Mnemosyne\config (or a
similar directory) and start again. The directory is hidden, so you might
need to change the settings of your Explorer.

This bug should not reoccur in the upcoming 2.3 version.
