I don't quite understand this point.

Is it intentional that you can grade your answer without showing the right 
answer first?

Is it intentional that you can go to the next card without grading the current 
one? If so, what grade does Mnemosyne assume in this case?

In any case, undo seems like a good idea. I've given it three votes on 
Uservoice.
