Maybe I did not understand the question, but has such a long repetition
time been 'earned' (i.e. via numerous, correct answers during a long span
of time)?
If it is so, I would not worry. If, on the contrary, that happened
because of other reasons, I would tinker with my Mnemosyne database
(something.db): it's in Sqlite format and there is a conspicuous 'cards'
table.

This assumes you are feeling adventurous, make sure to backup your
deck before attempting anything!
