(version 2.2.1, Win7 x64) When I open the Configuration dialog, only the lower right corner appears on screen; the rest of the dialog interface is out of view off the upper right corner of the screen. It can be brought back into view by holding the mouse arrow over the visible portion of the dialog interface, and against the top or left edge of the screen. The screenshot below shows the upper right corner of my screen, with the Configuration dialog as it openend mostly off the screen.
