Hi, Mnemosyne stores backups in C:\users\jeremy\appdata\roaming\Mnemosyne\backups, so just use file - open to select which backup you want to revert to.
If the error message prevents you from starting Mnemosyne altogether, just delete C:\users\jeremy\appdata\roaming\Mnemosyne\config (note that this directory is hidden, so you might need to change the settings of Windows explorer).
