I found a script/plugin called Mnemogogo which allows cards to be run on 
Java-capable phones, which unfortunately does not cover my iPhone:

Is this the item that you were referring to, or did you remember a 
plugin/script that actually created a web interface (i.e. HTML), which 
would be usable on any smartphone or tablet?
