Hi, For unlearned cards, the default grade is 2, for previously learned grades it's 4.
If you want to quickly delete all cards with the 'duplicate' tags, go to the card browser, deselect all tags, select only the 'duplicate' tag. Then you can select multiple cards, right-click and delete.
